Taylor has been working in and around publishing and media in New York for nearly a decade. An ideator, editor, content strategist, and deep lover of books, she started her career writing about food at Food52 before making cookbooks (and other things) at Food & Wine Magazine.

All through stints at William Morris Endeavor’s literary department, and as a junior scout at Maria B. Campbell Associates, she worked with clients ranging from independent authors, celebrities, big brands, non-profits, and lifestyle gurus, to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and AFWERX, the innovation arm of the Air Force, where she fell in love with connecting ideas and people, delving deep into brand strategy and voice, and crafting stories.

She is currently an assistant editor with Simon & Schuster’s Gallery Books, where she works on a wide-ranging list of fiction and non-fiction. She has also partnered with several authors to edit and collaborate on memoirs and business books, novels and book proposals.

When she’s not cooking or reading, you can find her making coffee, haunting the Angelika, dreaming about her next adventure, sampling the finest $10 bottle of vino from her local wine shop (she’s incredibly susceptible to labeling), and buying too much vintage glassware.
